In the midst of a cold snap, the Benton County Fair has us thinking summer by announcing their dates for 2023.

The Benton County Fair kicks off this week in Sauk Rapids and we are going to be out at the fair during its 6-day run!

Long time no see. Well actually it has been about a year, but still, you were missed.

There's just something special about spending time at your local county fair in the summer. Here is a list of when each county fair is happening around Central Minnesota.

*This is applicable to all county fairs and the state fair. I use Benton County as an example because that was the one I was most looking forward to this year.

A little late to the "canceling the fair" party, but you gotta admire the hope they held onto, the Todd County Fair has been canceled for 2020.

With summer and festival season approaching, at least 20 county fairs across Minnesota have announced their plans to cancel events this year.
