A huge round of applause for the people who created this. I can't imagine the amount of work that goes into a Christmas light display like this.

This isn't the first time the family has created this art for everyone to see. They have been doing it the past handful of years to honor the troops and show them people are thinking of them and supporting them.

This tough decision was met with an outpouring of support from the community. People stated petitions and online fundraisers to save the landmark.

With things being canceled left and right, it is refreshing to see something that is still happening (almost) as planned.
