NATIONAL MAMMOGRAPHY DAY

Today is National Mammo Day! Yay! We are lucky enough to live in a country that cares if you get your Mammogram. President Bill Clinton proclaimed the first National Mammography Day back in 1993.

HOW TO CELEBRATE?

If you haven't yet scheduled your Mammogram, use today to get on the phone and put in on the books, and use #nationalmammographyday on your social media to remind your friends and loved ones of this very important day.

IT'S NO BIG DEAL FOR SOMETHING THAT COULD BECOME A BIG DEAL

I've had mine this year and it's absolutely no big deal. Seriously. For something so simple that takes less than 10 minutes to possibly save your life, or give you years you may not have had otherwise; take the time to get your Mammogram. Early detection is clearly the most important defense to breast cancer. There could be things going on on the inside way before you'll have or see any outward symptoms.
