Game Day Just Got Tastier With New Stadium Food Offerings
Were you one of the unlucky ones who attended the first big game for the Minnesota Vikings at US Bank Stadium?
Since the game wasn't exactly something to write home about, I'm hoping that you at least experienced some delicious new finds from the 2025/2026 Football Season menu. What did you try?
Let's take a look at some of the new and maybe fairly new food items that are being offered at US Bank Stadium.
SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES
I didn't know that US Bank Stadium loves to support local businesses, so many of the restaurants around the cities also have food trucks, and some of those delicious finds are available at US Bank Stadium, so if you're coming to town for a Vikings game, you can get a taste of the city right from the comfort of your US Bank Stadium seat.

HIPPO POCKETS ANYONE?
If you like Mexican flair, then this might be the food you're looking for. Hippo Pockets has its own location in the Twin Cities and features a crunchy tortilla that includes a variety of fillings that are easy to eat and super tasty.
SPAM BREAKFAST SANDWICH
SPAM is a Minnesota classic. So why not have a little bit of brunch when you get to the game? EggFlip is bringing you a scrambled eggs, cheese, and that delicious, tasty, salty spam to make the perfect sandwich, served on Japanese milk bread.
LORD FLETCHER'S WALLEY FINGERS
These delicious walleye fingers are served with chips and a tasty southwestern dip.
RUSH HOUR FRIED CHICKEN AND RICE
Tender Lovin' Chicks is bringing you a tasty chicken and rice dish that's sure to hit the spot.

CHEESE STEAK FROM DEEZ
The picture above is just a quarter of what you'll get when you order D's Cheese Steak. You could probably buy one sandwich and share it and still walk away without wanting anything else to eat the whole time you're there. Looks delicious.
BRISKET MAC & CHEESE
Brisket Mac & Cheese just might be everyone's favorite. Who doesn't love mac n cheese? And if you throw some tasty, tender brisket on top, it looks like you probably have a touchdown on your hands. It's created from a local vendor called Southern Smokehouse BBQ, which has 5 locations in the Twin Cities area. The dish is made with their homemade cheese sauce, homemade pickled red onions, and style beef brisket. All created from a family recipe.
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
When you get the opportunity to go to a Vikings game, it's all about the experience. Whether they win or lose, the question is, did you have a good time? What was on the menu? Did you try anything new this year?
Apparently, there are plenty of new foods to try this year. Most of the foods are served with a side, and range from $15 to $20.
