WATCH: Flooding In Nebraska…Entire Town Underwater

Flooding in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa is really bad and rivers are at historic levels. While many parts of the midwest and upper midwest are experiencing flooding, the bomb cyclone made it worse in some areas, causing many people to evacuate. Here's just one example of how bad it is there.
