Wind Chill Advisory In Effect Through Monday Morning

UNDATED -- The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory through noon on Monday.

Wind chill readings will be between 35 and 40 below zero.

The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
