Are you feeling stressed at your job? Overworked? Underpaid? Are you "burned out"? Good news! You have a disease. Seriously. The World Health Organization officially classified work burn out as a disease. It's defined as "...chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed." Symptoms included exhaustion...feeling negative, cynical or detached from your job and less efficient and effective at work. You might as well diagnose half the county right now.

They say that by 2022, your health care provider will be able to prescribe treatments that your insurance company should cover. What could those treatments be? I know that vacation helps. Does that mean that our medical insurance will pay for me to fly to Hawaii? I doubt it. There's always more drugs...more things they prescribe...the more money they can make.

Another option to treat burn out is to adjust the whole concept of a work day. Maybe less hours or more time off. There have been studies that show there is more happiness and productivity when people have more time off. But I'm sure it's going to be a while before we see that.
