With wind chills expected to approach -45º in St. Cloud this weekend, the National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning in effect through 9 AM on Monday.

Dangerously cold wind chills such as these can cause frostbite in as little as ten minutes. Bundle up if you plan on heading outside, and be sure to have warm winter clothes if you are traveling.
