At what point do you admit you're addicted to something?

According to a new survey published by USA Today, it's getting harder and harder to give up social media platforms like Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest and Twitter.

Those who say it would be most difficult to give up social media were between 18-24 years old (51%) followed by 30-49 year olds (43%), 25-29 year olds (40%) and 50 and over (33%).

Those age groups combined, a total of 40% of those surveyed said it would difficult to give up social media, up from 28% four years ago.

What do you think -- how easily could you give up social media?
