80s Are Back- Short Shorts For Men

I was at the gym the other day, and a guy came in to work out.  He was sportin' some shorty shorts.  I'm thinking "1985 called and wants it's outfit back".  But no.. he was probably right on trend as the fashion industry says "short shorts are in for men this summer".  Yikes!

I look at older shows from the 80s like Magnum P.I. and those shorts are SHORT!  As even being referred to as mini skirts for guys.

Would you wear these things?  I mean, really....

And this is only a guess... but I'm thinking they are probably going to be fairly expensive as most things are that come out and look equally ridiculous.
