Benton Co. Sheriff K-9 Rewarded with Kwik Trip For Job Well Done

Remember being a kid and your parents promising you a stop at your favorite fast-food restaurant if you behaved or did a good job? Apparently, the Benton County Sheriff's Office takes the same approach to their K-9 units.

The Benton County Sheriff's Office shared the story of how K-9 Ragnar found a felony suspect on Sunday and was rewarded with a special treat from Kwik Trip:

K-9 Ragnar did an awesome job finding a felony suspect in a neighboring jurisdiction and helping to find his drugs! He gets rewarded with an angus burger patty! Thanks to @KwikTrip for cooking his special request on demand - he earned it!

What a good boy! Ragnar deserved every single bite of that made-just-for-him burger patty.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office employs 84 people including 29 licensed peace officers and 8 public safety dispatchers. Trained citizen volunteers assist the Sheriff’s Office in the 20 member Mounted Patrol Unit, the 10 member Reserve Deputy Unit, and in a variety of programs for inmates in the jail.
