Breakfast cereal.  It's something most of us grew up eating on the fly before school, work, in the middle of the day, for dinner, or just as a snack.  It's like the universal "go to" for a snack or meal in a pinch. It's also super easy for parents to give their kids when they are running behind and making a "home cooked" breakfast just isn't in the cards.

I remember my mom doing that sometimes- just putting like 3 boxes of cereal on the table and we got to choose what we wanted for breakfast.  And I was totally ok with this practice.  A person doesn't need to have eggs every morning, do we?

Anyway, mostly I will eat some more healthy or nutritious cereals.  Cheerios, Special K, Corn Flakes, etc.  But every so often I would like a bowl of those  "sugary" cereals.  Some are much worse than others, but occasionally they can be really good and satisfy your hunger. At least for awhile.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is usually my go-to for that type of meal.  Those little squares of goodness are great.  By the way... Rum Chata tastes much like this cereal... the little shooters are even cereal bowls.  But anyway... back to the actual cereal.  If you are also a fan of this, and especially the cinnamon goodness that is coating those little squares, you are in luck!

Beginning next month, in fact, September 1, Sam's Club will be selling "Cinnadust".  It's the seasoning goodness that coats those little toasty squares in a jar!  So, you could actually use that stuff to make cinnamon toast, or on other cereals.  The options are endless!  I'm going to have to get some!
