Another announcement from the Minnesota State Fair revealed that funk/disco band Earth, Wind & Fire will perform on the Grandstand this summer.

The "Boogie Wonderland" performers founded in Chicago in 1969 and are one of the world's top-selling groups of all time. They've been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Vocal Group Hall of Fame and have won various Grammy awards, American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, NAACP and BET. In May they'll feature in a six-show residency in Las Vegas.

Tickets go on sale Friday, April 13 at noon and will cost $39 or $49. The show will be August 26, 2018 and will feature Sinbad as opening act. Previous acts already announced include Culture Club, B-52's, Beach Boys, and Impractical Jokers.
