Let's face it, this cold weather isn't going anywhere...today at least. Marcus Parkwood in Waite Park knows this, and as a way to help celebrate President's Day, they're offering up free hot chocolate. This couldn't have come at a more convenient time.

Is there anything better on one of the coldest days of the year than a warm, sugary cup of cocoa? I didn't think so. And, honestly, a free hot chocolate might make you forget how dreadfully cold it is right now.

It might be a great day to warm up inside of the movie theater and get lost in a cinematic adventure. We hate to say it, but yesterday in the Boundary Waters area, a weather station recorded a temperature of 50 degrees below zero. Eww.

According to Marcus Parkwood's official Facebook page, the free hot chocolate is available to all guests valid February 15 (today) only.

So, here's how you redeem that free hot chocolate! All you need to do is stop in, ask the concessions team for your cup and that's it. No strings attached.

The movie theater also stated, "To recognize the holiday and that many national workers have the day off, Marcus Theatres and Movie Tavern locations are open."

They've got a whole list of movies that are playing right now including; The Notebook, Hidden Figures, Land, A Writer's Odyssey, 50 First Dates, Despicable Me 2, The Mauritanian, The Secret of Kells, When Marnie Was There, Judas and the Black Messiah, The World to Come, Uppena, Dirty Dancing and more.

So, what are you waiting for, grab your free hot chocolate!
