Fall is my favorite season, but I never wish summer away -- because I am well aware of what comes after fall. It's not that I'm a winter hater; quite the opposite, but it's just too long for my liking.

Take a month off winter and add it on to my summer, and Minnesota's seasons would be perfect for me.

Love it or hate it, we're all going to get a taste of autumn this week, as temperatures won't climb out of the fifties the next two days, with temps only making it into the sixties the rest of the week.

Central Minnesota morning low temperatures will generally be in the forties when you wake up this week, but things could be worse. Parts of Northern Minnesota will dip into the thirties for morning lows.
