This historic cold snap is about to be followed by an epic warm up. In fact, it could be 70 degrees warmer Sunday afternoon than it is this morning.

After this morning's low temps right around -30°, we'll begin a warm-up that could lead to high temperatures in the low 40s in St. Cloud on Sunday afternoon. Saturday won't be too shabby either with a forecast high of 31°.

There could be some kind of rain, sleet, snow event on the way for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday next week too.

And the warm-up doesn't last very long. Single-digit (above zero) highs are on the menu for next week.
