See What A $700 Soft Drink Looks Like In Minnesota

After watching this dashcam video from Live On Patrol in St. Paul, Minnesota, I was left asking myself, "was this person thinking?"

Do you see that little white dot floating next to the black SUV in the picture above? That is a drink cup that was tossed from an SUV window!

The driver actually dropped a soft drink cup out of the window and onto the road. If that case of blatant littering wasn't bad enough, she didn't notice the Ramsey Sherriff's deputy who was on patrol and caught the act on a dashcam.

The deputy was in the right place at the right time to whip a u-turn and pull the driver over for some instant justice. After the deputy spoke with the driver, he claimed to "not be impressed with her." When asked why she dropped the cup out of the SUV, she allegedly told the deputy that "she didn't care." The deputy said that was not surprised at her response.

If there was any chance the deputy would let the woman off the hook with only a warning was dashed at that point. The deputy cited the woman for littering. She will receive a $700 ticket in the mail. Maybe she will care now.
