Most loved, least hated -- tomato, tomahto. Minnesota was recently listed of the 'least hated' states in America. (Haven't we had enough hate lately?)

Now, you could really look at this two ways. Is Illinois really the worst, most hated state in America, or could it be that Illinois is so awesome that the other 49 states are jealous.

The team at Zippia collected the data, crunched the numbers, and determined which states are the most hated, and yes, Illinois took top honors.

On the other end of the spectrum, Colorado came out as the least hated state in America, and Minnesota was just five spots behind them.
