Minnesota DNR Says State Park Gift Cards Make Great Presents
UNDATED (WJON News) -- The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has a gift idea for that person who has everything. They say a DNR gift card is a great idea that also benefits Minnesota's parks and outdoors.
Gift cards can be used for things like camping, park vehicle permits, tours, equipment rental, and items in Minnesota state park gift shops. Proceeds from the gift shop sales then help fund natural resource management and outdoor education projects in the parks.
Gift cards cannot be used for hunting, fishing, or other licenses. They also can't be used for boat or vehicle registrations or redeemed for cash.
Gift cards can be bought online or in person at any park with an open office.
