We can't all be Minnesota Nice.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation tweeted a photo showing the handiwork of Minnesota driver who ignored construction signs and cones and drove 1,000 feet through freshly laid concrete.
"This is why work zones are blocked with barricades, signs, cones, etc." says MnDot's tweet.
They go on to assure that the driver received a ticket and insurance claim to pay for the damage. According to WCCO, repairs could cost as much as $100,000, though some people have commented quoting higher.
"No jail? Wouldn't a 1000ft be like 25k+" asks one Twitter user.
"Probably in excess of $250k," says another.
The display of Minnesota un-nice took place in Olmsted County about 20 miles north of Rochester according to BMTN.
