Moving Halloween To The Last Saturday Is Gaining Steam

It's been proposed for years now...moving Halloween to the last Saturday of the month. I've been a fan of this idea for a long time. It would make the holiday safer for children and it wouldn't effect school or work days. A petition is gaining traction lately with almost 70,000 signatures. (7/30/19 Update: It's now at 110,000+)
