My Favorite Recipe For A Strawberry Daiquiris
I’ve been posting a lot over the past few months about various drinks and food that I’ve been making. Lately I’ve become quite the cook in the kitchen, and a mad scientist at the bar – wistfully experimenting with new concoctions on a regular basis.
It’s a fun hobby. One of my favorite recipes that I recently tried out is for Strawberry Daiquiris. If you’ve never had one of these bad boys, you’re missing out. They’re delicious. Below is the best recipe that I’ve found for them.
These are the needed ingredients.
- One 12-ounce bag frozen strawberries
- 6 ounces light rum
- 4 ounces lime juice
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 6 fresh strawberry slices, for garnish
The directions are as follows:
In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth and divide among 6 highball or hurricane-style glasses. Garnish each glass with a strawberry slice and serve immediately.
