Have you ever traveled to another state to hunt or fish? I've been thinking about making a fishing trip out of state, and I'm re-thinking that as it seems Minnesota is home to some massive catches, even with the weather we have been having. Recently a Nebraska man made the choice to come to Minnesota and fish, and he left with at least one MASSIVE memory, and the photographic proof that it happened.

Muddy Waters Guide Service, specializing in guided fishing trips on the Mighty Mississippi, recently posted a massive walleye that was hauled up by a Nebraska man who was out on a guided trip. And when I say massive, this fish is a FREAK! Take a look for yourself!

FREEK ALERT 30 1/2”

The Boys came all the way from Nebraska in search of a fish of a lifetime. Casey absolutely shattered his personal best Walleye today!! An absolute River GIANT!! This is the Biggest Walleye we have landed so far this fall!! Will it hold the title the rest of the season Time will tell…

Congratulations and thank you for choosing Muddy Waters Guide Service as your guide on the Mississippi River!!

Muddy Waters Guide Service posted the photo along with the length of the fish, which came out to be 30.5" long, and estimated to have weighed around 15 pounds.

The good news for fellow conservationists is that they put that old gal back in the river to hopefully be caught again, creating more memories for anglers on the Mississippi.
