People Who Don’t Clean Off Your Car- Explain Yourself

It's Winter... it's going to snow.  I know not everyone has an inside place to park.  But, I do know that you will have time to clean off your car... in full.  I've heard the excuses of 'I can't reach the top', or 'I didn't have time', or 'I got most of it'.  Well, here is the deal, it's awful to be following your butt when there is a wind tunnel of snow fog blowing off your car as you cruise on down the road.  It's annoying, and unsafe, quite frankly.

Maybe if you are running a bit late, didn't realize it snowed and now your are pressed for time.  But at least do it at some point.

It's relatively warm out today and I just followed a normal sized SUV with a bunch of what used to be snow, and now it's ice chunks, on the roof of the vehicle.  We were stopped at a light and when it turned green, and we were able to go, a bunch of ice flew at my windshield.  That's not cool.  There- rant over....
