Do you love to read? I've been buying the Dune series of books, and each one of the books ranges from $16 to $21.  If you love to read, you'll want to take advantage of this big book sale this weekend, where you can get great reads from some of the most popular authors for as low as $1 per book.

COLD SPRING FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY BOOK SALE

The Cold Spring 'Friends of the Library' kicked off Hometown Pride Days yesterday in Cold Spring, and are continuing their gigantic book sale at Lions Park over the next couple of days.  Today the event will go from 10 am until 6 pm, and Saturday's event will start at 9 am and run until noon.

POPULAR AUTHORS

Yesterday, they had a constant line of visitors checking out their fantastic selection of books. They have the books organized in a few different ways. There are sections specific to adults, teens, and children, but they also have sections featuring some of the most popular authors like James Patterson, Stephen King, & Danielle Steele.

COOKBOOKS, MYSTERIES & MORE!

They also have the books sectioned off by type. For example, a whole section of murder mysteries, romance, Sci-Fi, and more.  Cookbooks are an incredibly popular category as well.

MUSIC, CDS & VINYL

Not only did they feature some of our favorite fiction, non-fiction, biographies, and autobiographies, but they also had music available. Vinyl records, cassette tapes, CDs, and more.

The books are anywhere from $1 to $1.50 and on the last day you'll be able to get even bigger discounts.
