ST. CLOUD -- We had record-breaking heat in St. Cloud Tuesday.

The National Weather Service says the official high temperature in St. Cloud hit 93 degrees at 1:45 p.m. That breaks the old record of 92 degrees for the date, which was set in 1934 and again in 2006.

This was our sixth day in a row that temperatures topped over 90 degrees.

The normal highs for late May are in the upper 70s.
