Roads could get very slick because many of the chemicals used to deice Minnesota highways don't work when temps are this cold.

From the National Weather Service tonight: Another surge of bitterly cold air will arrive Thursday night and persist into Monday. Frostbite can set in in as little as 15 minutes on any exposed skin with wind chills of 25 below or colder.
