Spectacular Photos Of Northern Lights Early Monday Morning

NOTHING LIKE AMAZING NORTHERN LIGHTS

This past weekend of August 9th through the 11th, it was expected that we might have a display of incredible Northern Lights at some point. After I attended the Minnesota Vikings game on Saturday with the exciting win over the Las Vegas Raiders 24 to 23, I was thinking about kidnapping my boyfriend and just taking him to my Dad's farm in Princeton, having a fire, rolling out a blanket and watching the night sky, as we could have also seen some shooting stars due to the peak of the Perseid Meteor Shower, at least it wouldn't be a wasted evening, right?

SUNDAY/MONDAY LIGHT SHOW

I guess it's a good thing we didn't go Saturday night because the magic happened late Sunday night into early Monday Morning between 1 and 2 am. My good friend Ann and her daughter Grace used their phones around the Brainerd Baxter area to capture these amazing photos and were willing to share them with us. Enjoy the photos.
