St. Paul Winter Carnival

The St. Paul Winter Carnival for 2021 is the latest victim of COVID-19 changes, but they aren't letting the event not happen.

Retired Minnesota Twin and St. Paul native Joe Mauer will be the Grand Marshal for the 2019 St. Paul Winter Carnival Parade.

There's a lot of talk about the Super Bowl coming to Minneapolis, but across the river in St. Paul they are getting ready for a big celebration of their own. The 132nd annual St. Paul Winter Carnival starts this Thursday.
