This Might Be The Most Perfect Weather Week Minnesota Will Have

As I'm getting ready in the morning I always go to my Apple watch for a condensed version of what to expect for the day. I saw "sunny and 80" for Monday, July 27th, and thought that seemed about right. It has been a relatively warm summer so that seemed on brand.

Then I got to work and checked the 7-day forecast, only to see we will be re-living the same day over and over again all week long.

Every single day this week is supposed to be "sunny, with a high near 81." The only variation is that some days might be closer to 83 degrees, and the wind speeds taper down to a measly 5 mph starting Wednesday.

Even the upcoming weekend is supposed to be gorgeous. Saturday and Sunday have matching forecasts of "a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Sunny, with a high near 83. Calm wind becoming south southwest around 5 mph".

If you were going to spontaneously take a week off of work this summer, this is the one to do it. I know I will be spending a lot of time on the golf course this week, and once Friday shows up I'm going to be racing to get to the lake. I don't want to miss out on a single second of this perfect weather week in Minnesota.
