This is something we could do in St. Cloud this year. The town of Saint-Narcisse-de-Rimouski holds their Saint-Narcisse-de-Rimouski Carnival every year and one of the activities is a snow-blowing event. And the prize...a heat pump. The winning snow blower was a Honda.
