Woman Divorces Her Pirate Husband GHOST

Every day you have a chance to meet someone, or hear about someone who is on another level of crazy.  In steps this woman.  She is divorcing her pirate husband... who happens to be a ghost.  Yep, a ghost.  

I mean, how does one even marry a ghost, much less divorce said ghost because they weren't getting along????  He wasn't around enough?  Didn't spend time with her family and friends??  I mean, he is a ghost, so I guess all of that could be true, right?  And how would he actually defend himself? Does he leave when the divorce is final?  Does he have a proxy sign the divorce papers?  How about any alimony?  SO many questions....

But really, the biggest one is how does this even happen?  I'm guessing the marriage wasn't fulfilling.
