Take a Swim at Quarry Park

The quarries are officially open for swimming. Whether you're into a jump from a cliff, a gentle sandy beach, or an afternoon on your floatie -- Quarry Park & Nature Preserve has you covered. Parking permits are $5 per day or $20 for an annual permit. Good news, last summer's pandemic-related daily visitor lists have been canceled. More Info

Fountains in the Flowers

Now you can earn free ice cream just for exploring Munsinger Clemens Gardens. It's fun and easy to do. Download the Visit Staint Cloud app and head to Passports > All Ages > Fountains in the Flowers. Stroll the gardens and check out the signage or design of each of the 7 fountains for the answers. Answer the questions in the app correctly and you will receive a free ice cream treat from Copper Pony in Gardens, the Munsinger Clemens Gardens Gift Shop. More Info

Summertime By George

The weekly music fest kicks runs each Wednesday night through September 1st from 5-9 pm. Live music, food & other vendors, beer garden, kids activities, and more. The event is free in St. Cloud's Eastman Park at Lake George. More Info

Go For a Hike

The St. Cloud area offers so many great places to get outside and take a hike with your family and four-legged friend. Quarry Park & Nature Preserve, Rockville Regional Park, George Friedrich Park, Kraemer Lake – Wildwood County Park, Warner Lake County Park, and the Sand Prairie Wildlife Management Area are just the tip of the hiking iceberg. Millstream Night Market

Each Monday night beginning on June 21st, downtown St. Joseph becomes a quaint New Orleans style market, with small musical ensembles set up on the sidewalk with tables and chairs and artist booths sprinkled here and there along the alley next to Krewe Restaurant and the Flour & Flower Bakery. Shop local art, eat local food, and listen to local music. More Info

Music in the Gardens

There are few better ways to spend a lazy Sunday summer afternoon than riverside, in the shade of the big trees in Munsinger Gardens, enjoying free live music. Bring a picnic. The concerts are held every other Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm. This month's dates are July 11th and July 25th. More Info

Summerland Fun Park

This is a kid’s play paradise! At SummerLand, you’ll find a giant 350 foot water slide, bumper boats, go-karts, batting cages, two 18-hole mini-golf courses, a bounce house, an arcade, and more! The younger ones will love Kid Kountry, which features a mini go-kart track where kiddos ages 3-5 can use power wheels or kids ages 6-8 can speed around in junior go-karts. More Info
