The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory in effect today from Noon through 9 PM tonight, for most of Central Minnesota -- including Benton, Sherburne, Stearns, and Wright Counties.

A high temperature on 92°, combined with high dew points, will send the heat index in to the lower 100s in St. Cloud this afternoon and evening.

An Excessive Heat Warning is in effect today for the Twin Cities metro.

The record highs for Saint Cloud July 24th through July 27th are 104°, 102°, 103° and 102° respectively, so we won't be quite that hot. The average high temperature for late July is 83°, and we'll be about ten degrees above that today.
