Elections Are Coming! How Much Does MN Trust The Process?

People not trusting their government is nothing new. It goes back to the dawn of man. It has certainly been ingrained into American society since the founding fathers. They didn’t trust the government and government powers either which is why we have the governmental system that we have.

That was over 250 years ago. People say that things are worse now. Technology as we know it didn’t exist. Media as we know it didn’t exist. Entertainment such as music, TV shows, movies didn’t exist. You combine all of those together, you’re going to get a much more paranoid society.

All of that has changed the degree of trust among some individuals. Some still completely trust the government, some kind of do but suspect it’s not all on the up and up and there are others who don’t trust the government or any part of the world for one second. It seems like lately, you’re seeing a rise in the latter.

All of it is amplified when you have an election coming up. But a majority of Minnesotans still trust the election process. According to Not Free America, here's how Minnesota feels about the election and the political system.
