What are you doing this weekend? The weather is going to be better than what we were experiencing the last few weeks, but it is expected to be colder on Saturday.

Daytime highs will be right around freezing, so you may not feel inclined to spend a lot of time outside because it won’t quite be as warm as you would like.

Shopping is a good way to pass the time; it gets you out of the house, after you’ve likely been cooped up so much over the last few months. But, if you want something different than shopping at retail outlets, this might be for you.

If you like to shop, especially at craft fairs, then you are in luck. And actually, you’re hitting a good streak of good luck.

There’s a craft fair this Saturday and you won’t have to travel that far to check it out. The Minnesota Craft Collective says that the Albert Lea Spring Market will be held this Saturday from 10am-3pm.

This Saturday’s event will be held at the Wedgewood Cove Event Center, on West 9th Street in Albert Lea.

This event should attract a wide range of vendors and local businesses who will offer a variety of items for sale.

Remember, I mentioned a good streak of luck for you?

This weekend really sets in motion what looks to be a fairly busy schedule for craft/vendor shows for this year. The Minnesota Craft Collective provides you with a one stop place to see when vendors are going to be coming together to sell their wares.

If you love to create and sell, this is a site you should frequent often, but if you just love to shop, this can help you plan your shopping trips for the foreseeable future.
