Michelle Mix, our resident psychic medium has been joining us on Thursday mornings on The River Morning Show with David and myself for months now. The first time I met Michelle, it wasn't on our show. It was actually at her house with my mom, after my mom's  sister passed away. I thought it would help my mom with healing if she got a reading. She was recommended to me from a friend who had just brought his wife for a reading after her father passed away. I felt at the time it might just offer her some peace. And that it did.

I told David all about Michelle and told him she needs to be a feature on The River Morning Show. A week later she was in our studio.I can't say enough good things about Michelle, she has the best kind of energy and lights up our studio. She always has a smile on her face and welcomes us with hugs.

I wanted you to get to know Medium Michelle on a whole new level. So I asked her a series of questions and this is how she responded.

Q&A:

What quirks do you have?

I am definitely a quirky eater!

 What’s your favorite drink?

Cherry Coke

What job would you be terrible at?

Any job that I had to sit quietly at a desk all day.  I literally can’t sit still! Ha ha

What are you absolutely determined to do?

Write a book or possibly even two!

What movie title best describes your life?

This one is tough I honestly don’t know there are many...but some days I’m a little Fast and Furious than others I would say some Nicholas Sparks romance Movie Title.

When did you learn you were a medium?

I could see angels and spirits on the other side as a very young child.  However, I didn’t understand or embrace my gifts until later in life.

How different was your life one year ago?

I actually just posted about this on my fb page.  Last year I choose the word Authentic as my word for the year.  I learned to fully embrace who I authentically am.  I learned not to judge myself for being “different”.  It also taught me so much about embracing others for who they truly are.  I am so  happy and blessed to say I am truly loving and embracing who I am! I think I finally discovered the best version of me! Now I can’t wait to see what 2020 will bring!

What’s the best single day on the calendar?

For me it’s July 4th!!! We always celebrate with family, friends and neighbors everyone is relaxed no stress of buying gifts etc.  We all spend the day on the lake, grilling and just enjoying each other’s company! It’s sooo fun!!

Where is the most interesting place you’ve been?

I’ve been so many amazing places but from an experience perspective there are a couple at the top of the list.  One would be I spent a week with a group of athletes at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado.  Top level athletes have a strong mindset and seeing how they apply that to their life and sport daily is spectacular!! Next I would say several of the spiritual retreats I have attended, life changing for sure! I have met so many amazing gurus and people that have left a lasting impact on my soul! And lastly for me would be a couple roads trips I have taken across the country.  I find it fascinating to meet different people and see how they live.

What was the best reading you have ever done?

I am a voracious reader!! I read all the time!! This one is tough but I would say pretty much any Hay House Author is on my list!

What age do you wish you could permanently be?

One thing animals have taught me is that we have physical age but we also have an energetic age so I always say my energetic age is 35!

What are you most likely to become famous for?
Teaching people to embrace their inner light and letting shine!!! I call it living in your grapes not your raisins!!
What would be your spirit animal?

Eagle

What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned?

To let go of the fear of judgement from others and myself
