They'll now be open Wednesday through Sunday.

Less than a month after opening their doors, Monticello's newest craft brewery The Nordic BrewingCo. has announced that they're extending their hours!

Originally, the taproom was only available to visit Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday. New taproom hours starting this week are:

Wed now open from: 4-9pm
Thurs now open from: 4-9pm
Fri stays the same: 3-10pm
Sat stays the same: 11-10pm
Sun stays the same: 11-6pm

Four beers are currently available on tap -- a cream ale, fruit beer, brown ale and ESB -- and another several are currently brewing for an upcoming release.

In addition to the spacious taproom, The Nordic BrewingCo. also features a large attached event space. Still under construction, they hope to complete it in the very near future and make it available for group activities and events, parties and even live music.
