No Snow? “Snow” Problem at this Maple Grove Winter Attraction
We sure haven’t had the snow that many folks around Minnesota were hoping for this year. We’ve had plenty of cold air, just not the white stuff that many people like to get out and play in.

Even without Mother Nature doing her part, there is still a chance to get out and have some fun snow tubing in Maple Grove at Elm Creek.
Enjoy the fun of tubing down a 10-story hill that has lanes designed for you to stay safe but also have a ton of fun.
The attraction is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10am-9pm and you are strongly encouraged to reserve your time online or to call ahead of time, 1-763-559-6700.
There are some guidelines for smaller children to abide by; kids must be at least 4 years old and stand at least 36 inches tall. Also, there is only one tuber allowed on a tube, so there will be no tandem or stacking type rides down the hill. Again, that’s for everyone's safety.
All tubers must also have and display their lift ticket while they’re on the hill.
If you’ve got a group that would like to enjoy snow tubing as an outing, that is encouraged at Elm Creek. Just remember, to reach out ahead of time and talk with the staff at Elm Creek about how many people you have coming and when you would like to tackle their hill.
There is even help with financial assistance if that need arises as well. You will not be able to get a refund if you cancel your time within 48 hours of your appointment.
If the weather makes it unsafe to tube, your money will be refunded. If temps fall to –25 Fahrenheit or wind chills hit –35 Fahrenheit there will be no tubing.
If you’re itching to get the kids out of the house or are looking for a fun time out with friends, Elm Creek could be just what you’re looking for.
