Popular Midwest Food Truck Coming To St. Cloud-Area Thursday

A popular food truck is making its way to the St. Cloud area tomorrow, and it might be one of the few times you'll be able to enjoy authentic Alaskan Cod, with On The Hook Fish & Chips

The food truck has been making waves since 2020 across the midwest with its fresh fish and chips, which people often would drive up to an hour to get. The food truck will be posted up in the Menards parking lot, in Waite Park, and it just so happens that Thursday night has a show at the Ledge too, so maybe grab a bite to eat before heading to the concert?

The Wyoming-based food truck takes freshness seriously. How seriously do they take it? According to their website, they hand batter your fish right in front of you before they drop it in the fryer.

Besides the fish and chips that On The Hook offers, they are starting to roll out their own sodas. It's not clear if the sodas will be available here in Minnesota as the website states select locations will see the sodas, but nevertheless a fresh ice cold pop to go along with delicious fish and chips sounds like a fun meal outside.

If you can't wait until tomorrow, the truck is up the road in Alexandria and their Menards from 11am - 7pm, and then on Friday the truck will make a stop in Mankato, according to their online schedule.
