Sauk Centre’s Summer Concert Series Is A Must-See This Year

The great thing about this time of year in Minnesota is that there’s a lot of outdoor activities that we can take part in. If you enjoy live music under the night sky, you should check out the lineup entertainment in Sauk Centre.  

Each Wednesday, there’s a free live concert for you and your family to enjoy, including one tonight.  

On stage tonight, Nathan Newman brings his “peppy polka” to the stage for a Wednesday evening of fun.

Sauk Centre has lined up a variety of types of music for you to enjoy this year. Here is the lineup for the rest of the summer: 

July 2nd- “Livewire” with 60’s, 70’s and 80’s Classic Rock 

July 9th- Country and Polka Favorites with “Night Owls” 

July 16th- Light Rock from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s with “Crystal Breeze” 

July 23rd- Fan favorite “Dana and the Bottle Rockets” bring their country and rock sounds to the stage. 

July 30th- Enjoy folk and sounds of the 70’s with “Cimarron” 

Once we move into August, things kick off on August 6th with the Big Band stylings of “Meier Grove Band” 

August 13th- Dance to the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s favorites from “Custom Made Band” 

And the summer series wraps up on August 20th with country and rock with the “57 Chevy Band”. 

Like in most communities and towns around the country who host live music each week, they’re able to offer these concerts each week thanks to the financial support of local businesses in the area.  

Each Wednesday night concert starts at 6:30 at the Lewis Sinclair Bandshell in Sauk Centre.
