Any Minnesotans Willing to Spend $44 at Starbucks for One Drink?
Why would this even be a thing? Starbucks, or Star (big) Bucks as some people call it, is expensive anyway. Many people that I know saying that they will never get coffee or the "fluffy" coffee that you can get at Starbucks because it's too expensive.

Most of the time, when you are stating that Starbucks is too expensive, you are referring to the cost of about $5-$7 for one of their coffee drinks. If you just go with regular black coffee, adding some cream, that would be on the lower end, but still expensive compared to the coffee that you can get at some gas stations.
Kwik Trip has coffee that you can add all sorts of things too and still pay under $2 depending on the size you get. It could even be about $.99. And the coffee at Kwik Trip is pretty good, at least in my opinion it is.
WHAT IS IN THE MOST EXPENSIVE DRINK AT STARBUCKS
If you are wondering what in the wide world of sports is going on with a $44 coffee order at Starbucks, you are not alone. When I saw that cost I thought for sure there was some food included with that. Not the case. The $44 order is just one coffee drink. Lots of additions, but still, it's just one coffee drink.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR DRINK
Venti Matcha Crème Frappuccino ($6.25) as your base. From there, add on:
- 12 espresso shots: $15
- 12 affogato-style shots: $15
- Mocha & dark caramel sauces: $1.60
- Caramel drizzle: 60 cents
- Frappuccino chips + chai: $1.60
- Caramel crunch topping: 50 cents
- Vanilla bean & chocolate malt powder (4 scoops each): $1
- Whipped cream: Free (thank goodness)
Did you notice 12 espresso shots???!!!! I'd be bouncing off the ceiling!! Honestly, I'd have to Google what the 12 affogato-style shots are. I have no idea. And Frapp chips? Really?
HOW ABOUT THE CALORIES
Here's the other question - who thought of this? I mean, there had to be that first time? I don't really know of anyone who is this indulgent. Plus, not only is it crazy expensive for one cup of "coffee" - let's just go with drink. Can you imagine the calorie count? I looked, and I can't find that information, but based on the other calorie counts in their drinks I did find, I'm guessing it's well over a thousand calories, or at least close. YIKES!
