Northern Lights

I've seen the Northern Lights before, but never like this. It was an absolutely magical night across Minnesota + Wisconsin. You could even see them from in town.

If you have any of these phobias, then Minnesota probably isn't a great state for you.

Highlights include food and drink, a 25,000+ sq. ft. light park, shopping in the Mini MN Christmas Market, photo ops and make-and-take experiences. Oh, the north's largest inflatable igloo.

Clear skies around Minnesota this past weekend made for ideal conditions to view the Northern Lights.

Tonight carries the chance of the northern lights being visible as far south a Central Minnesota. While there is never a guarantee, recent solar activity has raised the likelihood on the 'Pete Scale' to -- worth staying up and taking a peek.

NOAA's Space Prediction Center is saying that the Northern Lights may be visible from parts of Minnesota overnight tonight. Skies are expected to be mostly clear across Central Minnesota which would make for good viewing.
