The Change In Minnesota Weather Could Create This Issue
It's really hard to believe that we’re getting ready to wrap up the month of March. When I was younger, my parents and many other older people told me that the older you get the faster time would seem to go by.

Boy, has that turned out to be the truth. I’m excited to turn the page from winter, this will be my second spring in Minnesota, and last year was so great.
Lately though, I haven’t been feeling good. More frequent headaches and feeling a bit more tired, I thought it was just stress. Late last week I started feeling this pain in my upper teeth. You’ve got to understand I’ve spent tons of money on my mouth so I was hoping that we wouldn’t be going down that road again.
As the discomfort continued to worsen, I remembered that before moving to Minnesota, a similar thing happened. I went to the dentist and it turned out to be an issue with my sinuses and not my teeth.
I decided to schedule a virtual appointment earlier this week through our insurance, and I was expecting the doctor to prescribe an antibiotic. He explained what I had was sinus inflammation and not an actual sinus infection. This can happen this time of year as we transition from one season to another and with pollen counts starting to tick upward.
The congestion I was feeling was because my passageways were swollen, which was causing discomfort in my teeth. The doctor called in Prednisone, which is a steroid.
I was skeptical, but to be honest, it seems to be just what the doctor ordered, sorry- that was low hanging fruit.
If you’ve been feeling a bit off, stop and think for a second; could it be something with your sinuses? Even without clogged sinuses and difficulty breathing, you could have a similar issue as me.
So far, the difference the med's have made in me has been huge. The sooner you deal with something like this, the sooner you’ll feel better is the way I see it. If that’s the goal, anyway, why not make your appointment.
