The Minnesota Twins (62-71) dropped a matinee matchup 5-3 to the division leading Indians Thursday afternoon in Cleveland. With the win the Indians take the final series of the season between the teams, two games to one.

Cleveland started the scoring in the fourth taking a 1-0 lead, but the Twins would take back the lead with a two-run homer in the fifth by Ehire Adrianza.

Unfortunately for the Twins, Cleveland erupted for four runs in the bottom of the sixth to put the tribe on top 5-2. The Twins added another in the ninth to no avail..

Jake Odorizzi got the start for Minnesota, pitching five and a third innings, giving up three runs on three hits -- with three walks and four strikeouts.
