There are a lot of “Best of” polls out there that try to highlight the very best that each state has to offer. I sometimes question how authentic those can really be unless a widespread effort was put in to the research before getting to their conclusion.

I recently came across two lists that offered the “Best Sandwich” and “Best Deli” from each state, so I was intrigued to see who landed in those spots for Minnesota. Have you ever heard of these?

The Best Sandwich article was from The Business Insider, and they say the best sandwich in the state can be gotten at Zuppa Cucina in Shakopee.

The sandwich they offer that was named the best in the state is the Tuna Ciabatta.  The article shows the sandwich displayed with a cup of soup. The article also quotes customers saying the food at Zuppa Cucina is always fresh and of a higher quality level than other places in the state.

The restaurant is also credited with offering good food consistently, meaning from each visit you will get the same flavor and quality.

The “Best Deli” poll that I found was from Taste of Home, and it said Minnesotans should know about Kramarczuk Sausage Company in Minneapolis. This Traditional European deli features meats, cheeses, sausages, baked goods and more.

The story highlighted two sandwiches: the grilled pastrami brisket sandwich and the Krakowska with garlic ham sausage and Havarti cheese.

If you’d like to be the judge of these results yourself, you should pay these places a visit. And if you know of other places that deserve consideration, leave your thoughts in the comments.
