Win Prizes all Week on The River Morning Show

Listen every weekday to 'The River Morning Show with David Black' to win all kinds of prizes. David and Abbey (and sometimes our news guy Jim) play some games -- and have some fun -- while giving you a chance to win. All of it happens on weekdays at around 7:40 am. MONDAY: "Music Match Game" - It's like the classic 'Match Game.' Sort of like that. We take a clip of a song and bleep out a lyric...or two...sometimes three. We give you a chance to guess the missing lyric(s). Abbey and Jim will "try" and help you out, but don't count on it. You can choose to go with your answer or with theirs. If your guess matches the correct missing lyric(s), you win!

TUESDAY: "Two Second Tunes" - If you know your music, then you'll love this game. The concept is simple enough. We play two-second clips from three different songs. If you're the first person that can name all three song titles, you win a round of golf Angushire Golf Club. If you can name all three artists of those songs, we just might give you a bonus prize. WEDNESDAY: "Helium Theater" - It's our chance to show Hollywood what they're not missing. But it is your chance to win. We attempt to act out a scene from a movie...then we add the helium effect to it...and you have to try to figure out what movie it is. The first person to do so wins a $20 certificate to Pizza Depot. This is not only fun, but it can be funny...sometimes. (Favorite moment: When our news guy Jim played Ferris Bueller's mom...with a southern accent)

FRIDAY: "Survey Said!" - Just like Family Feud (because we love that game). We poll you -- we poll our co-workers and friends -- we poll anyone that we can (from six feet away, of course).  We then tally everyone's responses, and those answers make up the 'board.' Then we play "Survey Said" on Friday mornings at 7:45.

Call into the River studio at 320-258-3738 to play. You have to give us THREE of the top answers on the board. Usually, it's anywhere from 6 to 8 and you have to do that before getting THREE strikes.
