Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact Thursday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches, possibly causing power outages.

From the National Weather service this evening: A winter storm will bring snow and wind today and tonight. The heaviest snow will fall across western Minnesota into northern Minnesota and northern Wisconsin.
