If you’ve flown anytime this past year, you realize that it can be a bit cumbersome. You’ve got the number of people that fill airports day in and day out.

Then you’ve got the regulations that airports must operate under. If you’ve traveled regularly, you’ve probably seen that each airport is a little bit different in respect of what you have to do when going through TSA as well as the ease or difficulty of getting around each airport.

There’s good news if you fly out of the Twin Cities. Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport has been selected as the third best airport for travelers. The survey was done by online casino Nieuwe Casino.

They took broke down reviews, facilities and Google search volume of the 31 busiest airports in America.

MSP tallied a final score of 62.4, which is behind Tampa International Airport with a score of 71.0, and Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport which had a final score of 63.9.

The study valued the Google review rating of each airport, the percentage of five star reviews they have on Google, the FlightRadar24 score for each airport, the number of places to each, shop and spend time waiting on flights.

The study also looked at the average monthly search volume which asked about lost luggage per 100,000 travelers.

The airports that round out the top 5 were San Francisco International Airport and I’m a little surprised to see Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport on there.  We’ll just say my previous experiences in Atlanta’s airport have been interesting.

The bottom three airports were LaGuardia in New York, Chicago’s Midway Airport, and Newark Liberty International in New Jersey.

Sometimes you can’t help which airports you travel through, but at least you can be ready for anything when you get there.
