ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud officials have declared a snow emergency starting at 12:01 a.m. Thursday.

The snow emergency will be in effect for 72 hours unless rescinded due to a change in weather conditions.

Parking regulations will be enforced and all vehicles illegally parked during the snow emergency will be towed.
